Commuting in a cab will change from today. A major cab aggregator has issued a set of new conditions to avail its service such as allowing only two passengers in a cab, no AC during the ride and requirement for customers to load and unload their own luggage. Taxi aggregator Ola released these new norms for its cabs after many of the states came out with guidelines.
