Highway construction sees minor reduction due to Covid-19, NHAI creates record April 06, 2020 at 04:16AM

National Highway construction during 2019-20 stood at 28 km per day, marginally less than the record set during the previous year at 29.5 km per day. Sources said the agencies constructing highways would have easily surpassed earlier record had there not been slow down construction due to COVID-19 during the second half of March.
