Volkswagen's upcoming electric car ID.3 will go on sale from June 17, sales director Jürgen Stackmann announced on Thursday. Pre-booking for VW's ID 3 electric car stands at 37,000 vehicles, with demand coming from across Europe and strongest in Germany, Stackmann told Reuters. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Volkswagen delaying the introduction of the ID.3 EV was speculated.
