मारुति का जलवा, 'समय' से पहले बेच दीं लाखों कारें April 06, 2020 at 08:05PM

नई दिल्ली देश में 7.5 लाख से ज्यादा कम्प्लायंट गाड़ियां बेच चुकी है। देश की सबसे बड़ी कार निर्माता कंपनी ने यह आंकड़ा नए एमिशन नॉर्म्स की डेडलाइन से पहले हासिल कर लिया है। मारुति ने एक साल पहले ही गाड़ियों को बाजार में उतारना शुरू कर दिया था, जिसका फायदा उसे बिक्री में मिला है। 1 अप्रैल 2020 से नए बीएस6 एमिशन नॉर्म्स देश में लागू हो गए। एक ओर जहां कई कंपनियां अभी अपने वीइकल्स को इस नए नॉर्म्स के अनुरूप अपग्रेड करने में जुटी हैं, वहीं दूसरी ओर मारुति ने अप्रैल 2019 से ही बीएस6 कम्प्लायंट गाड़ियां लॉन्च करना शुरू कर दिया था। यही वजह है कि 1 अप्रैल 2020 की डेडलाइन से पहले, यानी मार्च 2020 तक मारुति की 7.5 लाख से ज्यादा BS6 कम्प्लायंट गाड़ियां बिक गईं। मारुति के प्रवक्ता ने बताया, 'हमने अप्रैल 2019 से ही अपने लोकप्रिय मॉडल्स का बीएस6 वर्जन लॉन्च करना शुरू कर दिया था, जो सरकार के स्वच्छ और हरे-भरे पर्यावरण के दृष्टिकोण के प्रति हमारी प्रतिबद्धता दर्शाता है।' नवंबर में 3 लाख और मार्च 2020 में 7.5 लाख का आंकड़ा पार ने नवंबर 2019 में घोषणा की थी कि उसकी बीएस6 गाड़ियों की बिक्री 3 लाख यूनिट पार कर गई है। इसके अगले दो महीने में यह आंकड़ा 5 लाख यूनिट पार कर गया और अब मार्च 2020 तक 2.5 लाख यूनिट और इसमें जुड़ गई। यह आंकड़ा और बढ़ सकता था, लेकिन कोरोना वायरस के प्रकोप के चलते 22 मार्च से मारुति को सभी प्रॉडक्शन और सेल्स ऑपरेशंस बंद करने पड़े। सबसे पहले बीएस6 ऑल्टोमारुति ने अप्रैल 2019 में सबसे पहले अपनी एंट्री लेवल हैचबैक ऑल्टो का बीएस6 मॉडल लॉन्च किया। इसके बाद बलेनो और फिर वैगनआर, स्विफ्ट व डिजायर के बीएस6 मॉडल बाजार में उतारे गए। अगस्त 2019 में अर्टिगा का बीएस6 वर्जन और बीएस6 इंजन के साथ एक्सएल6 लॉन्च हुई। सितंबर में मारुति सुजुकी ने बीएस6 कम्प्लायंट 1.0-लीटर इंजन के साथ एस-प्रेसो को बाजार में उतारा। मारुति की सबसे आखिरी बीएस6 कम्प्लायंट कार विटारा ब्रेजा रही, जिसे फरवरी में 1.5-लीटर पेट्रोल इंजन के साथ लॉन्च किया गया। अभी सिर्फ एस-क्रॉस बीएस6 कम्प्लायंट नहीं है। मारुति जल्द इसे बीएस6 इंजन के साथ लॉन्च करने वाली है। पढ़ें: BS6 गाड़ियों की कुल बिक्री 10 लाख पारऑटोमोबाइल इंडस्ट्री की बड़ी कंपनियां कोरोना वायरस के प्रकोप के बावजूद कुल 10 लाख बीएस6 पैसेंजर गाड़ियां बेचने में सफल रही हैं। इनमें मारुति की 7.5 लाख से अधिक यूनिट के अलावा ह्यूंदै ने अब तक 1.23 लाख बीएस6 गाड़ियां बेची हैं। वहीं, किआ अगस्त 2019 में अपना पोर्टफोलियो पेश करने के बाद से 84,971 यूनिट्स बेच चुकी है, जबकि एमजी मोटर्स की 4,000 बीएस6 गाड़ियां बिकी हैं। टोयोटा की बीएस6 गाड़ियों की कुल बिक्री का आंकड़ा 39,000 यूनिट है। महिंद्रा और टाटा ने कुल मिलाकर 7,000 बीएस6 गाड़ियां बेची हैं। पढ़ें:
