Transport ministry seeks details of stranded trucks from transporters organisations April 12, 2020 at 07:18AM

The transport ministry has asked all transporters and truckers associations to provide details of the loaded trucks which are stranded across states. Though the truckers associations have been claiming that around 3.5 lakh trucks with National Permits carrying goods worth over Rs 35,000 crore are stranded, there is no authenticate estimate. This has created a lot of confusion.
